Birds for Gaza Olympia
Join us Saturday, January 27th from 3-6p @ Sparrow Studios: 207 Washington St NE, Olympia, WA 98501
Birds for Gaza is a community art project intended to honor every child killed in Israel's war on Gaza through the crafting of unique paper birds. Leveraging the power of collective art, we're highlighting the atrocities that have led to over 10,000 children (and counting) being mercilessly killed.
We gather together to create birds that memorialize the children of Gaza, their existence, and their wholeness. Gather with community members of all ages who are allied with a FREE PALESTINE.
Craft materials and refreshments will be provided. If you have materials to share, we encourage you to bring them!
Masks required, no RSVP, feel free to come and go as your time allows. Restrooms are available on site. Email kristenmkellar@gmail.com with questions regarding the event.
This community action is organized by Non-Palestinians standing in solidarity with Palestinians.
